According to PC Magazine, lawyers are being contacted by more and more iPod nano customers who want their money back.

While refusing to provide specific figures on the volume of consumers looking to join the recently filed class-action suit, David P. Meyer, co-lead attorney for the proposed litigation, said that he and other lawyers organizing the case have been contacted by people in every U.S. state and several other countries who are looking to get their money back from Apple.
The suit, filed last week in San Jose, Calif., claims that the iPod Nano, introduced in mid-September, is defectively designed as its display screen can be easily scratched under normal use.
